Cachopo<\/h2><\/div>

Le cachopo galicien et le cachopo asturien sont deux variantes de ce plat avec leurs propres caract\u00e9ristiques. Le cachopo galicien est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec de la viande de veau galicienne et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des fromages locaux (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement du fromage Arz\u00faa), contrairement au fromage asturien typique. Dans les deux cas, il contient un peu de jambon cru, bien qu’il existe des variantes incorporant du lac\u00f3n ou de la cecina de vaca (viande s\u00e9ch\u00e9e de b\u0153uf).<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
